My name is Maz and I am the Head Chef at Akash Accrington Premier Indian Takeaway. I have worked in the catering industry specialising in Indian cuisine with some of the best chefs for over 40 years. I am delighted to have had the opportunity of creating delicious unique dishes for Akash Accrington, one of them being the award winning “Megnah Curry®.” I am humbled and very pleased that the dishes have been very well received and are now very popular.
